The Left's Constant Lies and Hoaxes

A common misconception the left has created, is that a red hat can somehow symbolize racism, genocide, xenophobia, transphobia, homophobia, etc. And it has been the lefts mission to ensure this meaning remains attached to the red hat and those who believe in it. This mission has created several recent unjustified attacks on the right based off of lies.

Firstly, we must discuss the hoax of Elizabeth Warren. Elizabeth Warren is a white senator from Massachusetts, who claimed she was Native American to benefit her political career. This is because the left uses race as a deciding factor of how valid and opinions is. So, Elizabeth Warren decided that her alleged background in Native American culture would give her a boost, and claimed for years she was Native American, even registering herself as a racial minority for benefits. In October, Senator Warren took a genetic test to prove just how Native American she was, or how little for that matter. It turns out Elizabeth Warren could be as little as 1/1024 Native American (Cook). She built her entire career off of this idea that she was Native American and then proved to the world just how wrong she is. This is a strong example of what the left is willing to go through to get an edge, and the fact that this was not deemed as racist, but dressing your kid as Pocahontas for halloween is, is simply absurd.

One of the biggest lies pushed in the media in December, was that border control was responsible for the death of a young child. Now initially, you could see why people would blame ICE. They were responsible for her, and they let her die... right? Not quite, it turns out she actually received a medical screening, received food and water, and her father was asked if she had medical issues, in which he answered no. It seemed that she was completely fine. Only later, she began to vomit and struck a very high fever. She was then transported, by air, to a hospital in El Paso Texas where she was resuscitated but died later (Gomez). ICE were the people who made it possible for this girl to get to a hospital, as tragic as her death is it is of no fault to ICE. The father who took her on a long treacherous journey, with little food and water with them, is to blame for the death of his daughter. The person who risks a persons life is to blame, yet the people who tried to save it were the ones attacked by the left.

Next, we saw the outrage against the alleged outrage over a video of freshman representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez dancing. The only referenced source of this hate was from an anonymous source who's account was deleted a short time after the post pictured. Not only did the left believe a random post from an anonymous account, but they blamed the entire Republican Party, specifically conservatives on it. It's outrageous that this was even a story at all. Ben Shapiro stated that "Everybody thought the dancing was pretty charming! It's the insane policy to which we object" and this accurately represents the actual response from the right. We simply do not care about what AOC did as a college student, and if anything its good to see a politician living life like a regular person. The right will likely always be Anti-AOC, but random attacks on her character are not something we need when her policy is ridiculous enough in itself to talk about.

Then, in late January we ALL experienced the Covington High School boys attacks in the media. When I first witnessed the video my initial response, like most, was that the teenage boys were acting inappropriate. However, to call for their names and addresses like Kathy Griffin, and to threaten and dox children in the media is outrageous even without considering how innocent they were. As we all now know now, all footage of the event shows that the boys were being taunted, that they were approached by the Native American man, and that the Covington boys, if anything were trying to defuse the situation. On top of this, we found that this Native American man is a constant in media, stating he was attacked or harassed by white men, and that he has consistently lied about his things such as his service in Vietnam. Once again, this is another example of the lefts outrage culture and how damaging it is. Recently, the covington boy, Nick Sandman, and his parents are suing the major media corporations who spread lies resulting in the threats on him, his school, and his family and friends.

Lastly, a priceless example of the lefts willingness to lie has fallen into the laps of conservatives everywhere. 2 weeks ago, Jussie Smollett, a gay and African American actor on the TV series Empire, was allegedly beaten by 2 white trump supporters at 2 am after left his home to get a sandwich. He stated that he was beaten, had a noose put around his neck, had bleach poured on him, and was told that "this is MAGA country". From the start, conservatives were skeptical of the story, but unlike the left, we wanted to wait for the evidence to come through. And the left did exactly as we thought, all across the country was outrage over the uncorroborated Smollett story. A week later, it was found that the two white supposed racists, were black Nigerian men, who work on the set of empire. Most recently, they stated that "Smollett paid them to participate in an alleged attack, and that the two brothers purchased the rope found on the actor’s neck" (Trock). Smollett has been arrested for supposedly falsifying a police report, and the Nigerian men are ready to testify against him (Yoo). From the beginning of this story, people, like Kamala Harris, referred to it as "a modern day lynching" and shamed all conservatives for yet another attack on gay and African American men, which aged badly as we discovered the truth.

It all proves how the left is so willing to lie, simply to put a false label on Conservatives. And there were certainly more events I decided not to include, such as the Justice Kavanaugh allegations, and simply the idea that the left actually cares about racism and rape. We saw just last month, two democrats admitted to being either in blackface or a KKK uniform, and another had an actual sexual assault allegation against him. Only the left refused to cover that, and no backlash was created for either of the three. The left will constantly continue to lie, and all it will do is make them look worse. Something that isn't said enough is that the best thing to happen to the right, is the left.
